A back and forth game to start as Harlem visited Greenbrier in Week 2 of the 2021 season. Jason Williams and Jacorious Byrd and led the Bulldogs ground game as they both surpassed the 100 yard mark and accounted for all four Harlem touchdowns. After a Greenbrier field goal, Williams scored his first of three touchdowns on the night to give Harlem a 7-3 lead. The Wolfpack would answer as QB Brooks Pangle would make it 10-7 with a TD pass of his own. Pangle would find big time receivers Malik Leverett and Devin Driskell all night as they racked up over 300+ all purpose yards between the two of them. Another William TD would have Harlem leading 14-10 at the half.

Greenbrier came out with two big punches in the 2nd half with 15 unanswered points and a touchdown by Driskell to give them a 25-14 lead heading into the 4th quarter. Harlem kept with the ground game and Byrd finished off a big drive with a TD cutting the lead to 25-22. On the ensuing drive, DL Matthew Williams came up with the play of the night as he tipped a pass at the line of scrimmage and intercepted it himself giving the Bulldogs a short field to find the go ahead score. Williams punched in his final touchdown of the night from 3 yards out giving Harlem the 29-25 come from behind win!
